About me

Dharma
In the Fall of 2016, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening, an expansion of perception so transformative that it changed the trajectory of my life.
For decades, I had poured my energy into running a business in the print and fashion industries. I had been living with chronic illness and pain for over 30 years, carrying an invisible burden that weighed heavily on my body, mind and soul.
I was tired of pretending that I was okay and tired of always pushing through, and most of all, tired of not knowing WHY I was here.
Somewhere deep within me, a quiet but persistent voice began to stir. It whispered of freedom from the status quo, it called me towards something more meaningful, something sacred. I began to ask the deeper questions and began to start honing my intuition.
“To nourish the body is to awaken the soul; through sacred plants and conscious guidance, we remember who we truly are.”

Guided by an insatiable curiosity, I began a journey inward, one that would become the most rewarding adventure of my life. I turned to daily meditation and spiritual inquiry, allowing silence to become my teacher, I embraced personal development work, explored the healing power of psychedelic – assisted therapy, and committed myself to studying nutritional health, yoga, and somatic healing practices like breathwork. Slowly but surely, I began to unravel the layers of conditioning and pain that had obscured my true essence.
And then, something miraculous happened. I healed.
I healed not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually, as well. The chronic illnesses that once defined me, faded away, and in their place bloomed a sense of vitality, clarity, and joy I hadn’t know in decades, maybe ever.
In that healing, I discovered my dharma, my sacred purpose. I stepped fully into my calling as a functional health practitioner and psychedelic integration coach. This work is not just a profession; it is a sacred offering. It is how I serve. It is how I give back for all the grace I’ve received on the path.
My heart’s deepest desire is to support and walk beside others as they navigate their own journeys of transformation. I hold space for healing, for awakening, for remembering the wholeness that already lives within each of us. It is my honor to serve as a guide, a mirror, and a companion to those who are ready to start healing themselves.
Because healing is not just about the absence of illness, it is about the reclaiming of our aliveness, aligning with our Truth, and living in devotion to the beauty and mystery of life itself.
I found my way.
I found my dharma.
I am truly grateful and blessed to be able to help others find their way, as well.
